Implementation of a new structure dedicated to digital:

  • Establish and implement a global digital strategy for the Doosan Portable Power group. Set goals and directions. Implementation of a dedicated team, procedures, and global structure to best meet the expectations of the different regions
  • Establish and manage the department's budget
  • Manage, involve, and motivate regional teams and direct collaborators.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the digital strategy of Doosan Portable Power at the head office located in Seoul (South Korea). Participate in the implementation of a global strategy for the group.


Head of digital, web and e-marketing strategy for North America, EMEA, and China:

  • Implementation of an extranet for North America, a web and mobile dealer locator, and regional sites (,, et
  • Technical optimisation of websites to perfectly meet the constraints of search engines (Google and Baidu), training of content managers in each region to write texts in line with SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) rules.
  • Tracking statistics and keyword results in search engines. Drafting of a report comparing positioning with that of competitors and sending of SEM recommendations (SEO + SEA) for each region.
  • Implementation of a lead nurtering tool (Pardot) synchronised with SalesForce for monitoring customers and sales via the website.


This new digital strategy has strengthened the visibility of the Doosan Portable Power brand and has had excellent results. As a result, the North America site recorded a 145% increase in traffic, while China saw a 600% increase and Europe (EMEA) a 1000% increase for the 1st year (then 20% for the 2nd year). This success is, among other things, due to the new SEO policy which has made it possible to position a large number of keywords in 1st position on search engines.

Project Management - Support from A to Z for the implementation of websites and new e-business tools

  • Definition, analysis of internal needs, and drafting of specifications summarising our needs and the functionalities of new applications.
  • Realisation of storyboards to determine website navigation and ergonomics
  • Management and follow-up of service providers for website implementation
    • Briefing of external partners in order to inform them of our needs
    • Proofreading and validation of the functional analysis developed by our service providers
    • Implementation of schedules, monitoring of their timelines, and developments
    • Platform tests, malfunction reporting, and follow-up of corrective actions

  • Management of internal teams for the implementation of projects
    • With the IT department: follow-up of external stakeholders for server interventions and for the installation of new applications, setting up and synchronisation between the different systems (databases, security between different websites, etc.)
    • With the communication department: coordination, planning, and monitoring of content for websites (texts and images), management of proofreading and translations, internal training of users for the use of the content manager (Interwoven) and the image database (MediaBin)
