Head of Production (Digital, design and video) || Board member

Member of the Executive Committee and Head of the Production Department, overseeing video, post-production, sound, design, print, digital, and AI teams. Management of a 25-person team. Supervision of advertising and communication campaign implementation. Guidance and coaching on the integration of AI into process automation.


P&L, Finance, and Executive Committee Member

As a member of the Executive Committee and Head of Production, my main mission was to ensure project profitability and the operational efficiency of the department. This involved monitoring campaign profitability, meeting the group’s targets, and adjusting production and financial forecasts for the upcoming months.
This responsibility covered all teams: video, post-production, sound, design, AI, and digital.

Beyond meeting financial objectives, extensive work was undertaken to optimize costs: modernization of tools and processes, pricing review, better risk management, and the search for innovative solutions to guarantee the delivery of complete, high-quality campaigns within tight deadlines.

This strategy proved successful: objectives were exceeded, with a +3% increase.


Digital Transformation and AI Development

As part of cost optimization and time reduction, the integration of AI solutions was a key driver. These tools significantly boosted team productivity while reducing production times.
In practice, AI made it possible to create advertising campaigns without photoshoots, improve post-production workflows, and generate new language versions without re-recording voiceovers.


Change Management

The introduction of new technologies required tailored support. A comprehensive change management approach was implemented: internal communication to promote new tools, identification and resolution of resistance, integration of training sessions into schedules, and definition of clear objectives.
This approach enabled teams to build new skills while embedding AI sustainably into their workflows.


Leadership and Coaching

Management and coaching were at the core of my mission. Together with team managers, we defined the objectives of the 25 team members to provide clear direction while encouraging autonomy and the development of individual expertise.
The active involvement of teams in the selection and implementation of new tools facilitated adoption and strengthened ownership of processes.

Particular attention was also given to empowering managers, fully integrating them into decision-making.
