For more than 15 years, we have successfully implemented major international projects. For websites, we have taken care of both technical implementation aspects and the e-marketing side by writing optimised content for search engines. In an international context, cultural differences and time differences have been successfully managed for a timely launch of websites. When setting up these sites, we worked with CMS (Content Management Systems) such as OpenText, SAP Hybris, Prestashop, and Drupal.
In addition to websites, we have also set up e-learning projects, mobile applications, and systems such as SAP and SalesForce.
We have also managed large marketing campaigns.
In some cases, the project budgets amounted to several million Euros.
For each project, we know how to adapt to the corporate culture while respecting project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, SCRUM and Waterfall.
Finally, in cases where the launch had to be carried out within a very short timeframe, we were able to lead discussions to make the right decisions, while creating clear, precise, and detailed retro planning which made it possible to define the actions to be taken to successfully finalise the project.
As the head of department, we had to manage the portfolio of different projects. Creating cross-functional schedules, forecasting resources, ensuring the profitability of projects, and measuring the risks and impacts between different projects, made it possible to ensure the success of each one. This overall vision made it possible to produce clear and precise reporting and to allow the various stakeholders and executive management to make appropriate decisions.
Because the digitization of any company involves changing ways of working and mentalities, we have worked repeatedly on change management. Following ADKAR methodology, we worked with key people in the company to ensure these changes were accepted. Internal and external communication has also been developed so that everyone understands and accepts the changes to come.
In addition, in the case of an SAP project launch for example, we also worked on New Operating Models, as well as customer training and communication organisation.
